You get a 10 km exclusive territory, meaning oho Living will not onboard any competing franchise within your zone. All revenue is tracked transparently through the franchise app dashboard.

How long before I start earning returns?

Most franchises go live within 60–90 days of signing the agreement. The first 3 months include a service fee holiday (as part of the limited time offer), giving you time to reach full occupancy before revenue share kicks in.
